Joined online for a special of $35 for a 5 by 10 and then was told I needed $30 lock, mandatory insurance of $17 per month. This type business model is deceptive at best. Lock was given free when I asked to cancel.

Even though their was a slight hiccup with doing sign up electronically. It was fixed before I got to the facility. I only had to show my ID. When I got there. I just had to move in. Very smooth process. Thanks guy!!!

The young lady, was soooo very nice, she gave me her office chair to sit in. I have arthritis and couldn't walk to the chairs. Also gave me water to drink. When I was leaving she offered me one to go.
